Our Leader as Coach Programme is Accredited with the Association for Coaching (AC) and trains your leaders and managers to become confident Executive Coaches. Through 4 weeks of interactive engagement and 75 hours of practice coaching, your leaders can accredit with the AC.

With an MBA and PSYD (forensic psychology) qualifications, Dr. Swart spent more than 20 years in various management roles in multinational corporations before starting a private psychology practice 10 years ago. Since then, she has designed curricula, supervised, and trained at psychiatric and coaching institutions like the Dr. Bosman Group and the Jay Shetty Certification School.
